Whether it is to lose 4 stone or 4 inches, I can help. All sessions either 60 mins or 30 mins are tailored to your specific needs and goals. Helping you achieve the best results. All sessions are available from 5:30am till Late, based around lifting weights and maintaining cardio fitness through certain exercises.

A Personal Trainer with over 4 years experience, bringing fun and knowledgable advice to the fitness industry. Experience in all suituations being simple weight loss, wedding preparations, post baby bump, general fitness and sport specific training.
A fully qualified nutritionist and a trialled and tested method of weight loss through food and exercise. "To be able to combine the two is the greatest achievement."
